What You’ll Bring

- Experience designing for complex systems, services, or platforms, not just isolated features.
- Strong understanding of the principles and interaction models required to design responsible, and scalable AI powered experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — you’re as comfortable sketching ideas on a whiteboard with engineers as you are presenting strategic concepts to executives.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, components, design tokens).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, balancing user needs with business goals.
- Experience with metrics-driven product development (e.g., running experiments, A/B testing, usage funnels data).
- Passion for mentoring others and uplifting the broader design craft in the organisation.
- A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design thinking, craft, and measurable impact.
