Full description

Robots already work at Mayo Clinic, cleaning our floors, moving millions of laboratory specimens, and assisting in our operating rooms. Yet this is less than one percent of what is possible. Over the next decade, robotics will advance from sensor-driven, single-purpose machines to AI-driven autonomous systems, including generalist and humanoid robots, and Mayo Clinic intends to lead across that entire continuum, from the operating room to the loading dock. The Mayo Clinic Robotics Program exists to pioneer human-centered robotics that expands access and creates an empowered, safe, more personalized, and convenient experience for patients and staff, cementing Mayo Clinic as the global leader in healthcare while freeing our people for the human work of healing. Within this program, the Senior Digital Product Manager - Robotics leads robotics engagements with the program's customers: Mayo's sites, its Practice, Research, and Education shields, and its shared services. Each engagement covers the full journey, from understanding the job to be done and co-designing solutions with the frontline staff whose work will change, through vendor evaluation and selection, the business case, and deployment carried all the way to genuine adoption. The product here is not an app; it is a working robotic capability operating safely inside a hospital, laboratory, or campus, trusted by the teams it serves and measurably freeing them for more human work. This role is the customer's champion and the engagement's driver, delivering outcomes, not just robots.
