We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead day to day enhancement projects for high-profile clients. You’ll bring strong communication, hands-on project management expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding work on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • 5+ years in project management or project lead roles, ideally within an agency, loyalty, or marketing environment.
  • Proven success delivering multi-disciplinary projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively.
  • Expertise in project planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; able to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification an asset.
  • Lead day to day enhancement and portfolio growth projects, ensuring alignment and successful delivery across internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, communications, risk and change management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate across strategy, creative, analytics, communications, and technology disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Manage budgets and resources, including forecasting, tracking spend, developing statements of work, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate ongoing client communication — leading updates, managing ad hoc requests, and ensuring transparency on project health.
  • Establish clear communication cadences and documentation, ensuring clarity on milestones, achievements, and resolutions.
  • Maintain quality assurance across all deliverables and continuously improve project processes.
  • Support pipeline forecasting and account reporting, identifying efficiencies and opportunities for added value.

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $67,488.40 to $93,614.00 CAD annually.
