Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience launching new products or services in the consumer tech or consumer subscription space.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI tools and workflows to streamline marketing processes, optimize campaign efficiency, solve problems, or scale team productivity.
  • Track record of delivering undeniable excellence in large-scale, global brand/paid campaigns or consumer subscription marketing.
  • Ability to grow in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment with agility and resilience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI jargon into relatable human benefits to users and maintaining coordination across a global, matrixed organization.

About the job:

As a Product Marketing Manager (GTM and Campaigns) for AI Subscriptions, you will shape how users experience Google’s most advanced AI across our different ecosystem—including Gemini, Labs, Photos, and Home and Health. You are a strategic and creative marketer who will act as the channel behind our AI subscription media campaigns at the intersection of product innovation and consumer growth.

In this role, you will drive Google AI subscriptions media campaigns that will drive consideration for our plans. You will bridge the gap between strategy development to technical execution—ensuring our campaigns move flawlessly from concepting through launch while keeping a sharp eye on performance, budgets, creator workstreams, acting as the engine behind our paid campaign execution.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Develop campaigns that meet the overall business strategy to define the experiment and measurement design. Collaborate with regional teams to shape and integrate their plans into our strategy, business brief and plan on a page.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives for Google AI subscriptions that articulate the unique value of paid, premium features and unbeatable bundle value to our target audiences.
  • Act as connective tissue between Product and Marketing teams. Manage communications, coordinate locally, and control budget allocation, purchase orders, and total spend. 
  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative teams to bring the campaign and partner with Growth teams to optimize the complete user journey from initial campaign discovery to education, product acquisition, and engagement.
  • Be responsible for driving mid funnel results, proactively reporting against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and owning the measurement approach.
