Staff Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/x)

Our Operations and Supply Chain organization relies on strong data foundations to manage performance, cost, and decision-making across a complex, global network.

We're looking for a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Ops BI and Analytics team. This is a staff-level individual-contributor role with impact across five squads. You will act as a mentor and technical anchor for analysts within the tribe, take ownership of standardizing how we work, our analytical approaches, the technology we use, and be the team's ambassador for AI innovation and adoption. You'll partner closely with the Tribe lead and get involved in high-visibility projects with senior leadership globally to turn data into decisions, leverage AI to design and develop solutions, and drive measurable impact at scale.

What you’ll do

• Raise the bar across the team

• Mentor analysts across squads through pairing, code review, and leading by example.

• Set and enforce shared standards for analytical methods, code, documentation, and tooling.

• Shape how BI and Analytics products are built, reviewed, and maintained at scale.

• Champion AI and new technology

• Use AI tools daily in your own work; teach others and set the standard for adoption.

• Scout, trial, and champion new tools and technologies that improve how the team operates.

• Enable self-serve analytics

• Design and deliver trusted, well-documented data products that let stakeholders answer their own questions without analyst involvement.

• Drive adoption of self-serve tools and dashboards, reducing ad-hoc request volume and freeing the team for higher-value work.

• Own analytics end-to-end, at scale

• Take complex, ambiguous business problems across operations and supply chain from scoping through to solution, spanning multiple squads and domains.

• Own the trust, completeness, and governance of the broader data landscape: close gaps, set data quality standards, and be honest about what the data can and can't tell us.

What you’ll bring

• Senior analyst-level experience (or above) with a track record of owning complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end and setting technical direction — without necessarily managing people.

• A natural instinct to mentor and raise the bar for peers through review, pairing, and example, including analysts outside your immediate squad.

• A track record of driving standardisation: converging a team on shared methods, tools, and processes.

• A genuine, daily AI practice, not occasional experimentation. You can show what you've built, where you've found limits, and you're energised by bringing others along.

• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, root-cause approach to high-stakes or strategic questions.

• Comfort scoping ambiguous problems and designing solutions from scratch.

• Broad understanding of operations and supply chain processes, you know what the data means because you understand the process behind it.

• Clear communication skills, able to present conclusions to stakeholders at all levels.

• Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

Interacting with front-end developers, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital. We are looking for strong problem-solvers who can apply their engineering skills to a wide range of platforms and environments, while also acting as an ambassador to coach team members and stakeholders.
