Client: Cognizant US Title: Senior Physical Security Access Control (PACS) Consultant (AMAG Symmetry) Location:  Charlotte, NC hybrid Hybrid / Remote with availability for critical support events  USC, GC, H1B

Objective Position Summary We are seeking a senior Physical Access Control System (PACS) consultant to provide technical leadership for the implementation, integration, and support of a next-generation enterprise access control platform. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the business and project teams, working closely with the selected vendor to ensure a scalable, secure, and supportable solution. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with enterprise PACS platforms, preferably AMAG Symmetry, along with strong integration, architecture, and operational support expertise. The individual should be comfortable working across physical security, application architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.• Must Have Skills:

· 10+ years of experience supporting, upgrading and implementing enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) · Strong hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry (highly preferred), that might include Symmetry administration, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. · Experience with PACS architecture, badge management, access provisioning, alarms, readers, controllers, and Field Control Panels · Experience working with PACS vendors, system integrators, and implementation teams. · Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience · Experience with enterprise application integrations and APIs · Experience supporting highly available, multi-site systems. · Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
