The role: In this role you will be a key member of the team creating enterprise applications needed to design, build, and operate the organization’s business services. You will be responsible for the technical and functional support to software product development in SAP S/4 and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). You will be responsible for developing custom solutions, enhancements, and user interfaces to meet specific business requirements of our organization. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical modules, organizational and time management skills and has a successful track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects. The desire and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment is essential.
Key job responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents to develop custom solutions and enhancements to SAP S/4 and SAP GTS Integrate SAP GTS with corporate applications and other related Kuiper systems while ensuring Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) protection Perform customization and configuration of SAP GTS product to meet business needs Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions. Drive SAP GTS product discussions with business stakeholders to improve users' adoption and training. Develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements to extend or modify the standard SAP functionality. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and build the technology roadmap to meet business medium and long term needs.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or other technical degree or related experience - 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience - 3+ years experience in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP GTS - Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management). - 5+ years of experience in developing custom ABAP programs - 6+ years of SAP experience with Delivery of an end-to-end design and implementation as the main focus - Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs processes, and duty management.
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs - Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
