You will be responsible for managing and executing financial pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments while maintaining a high standard of data integrity.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and monitor pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Validate pay cycle data to confirm accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations.
  • Research and troubleshoot discrepancies, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Analyze financial and payroll data to identify trends, prevent errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes.

What we're looking for

  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients
  • Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pay cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • 6+ months of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries for data validation and analysis.
  • The ability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Accounting background is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
