Are you passionate about technology, data, and financial services? Join Euronext Securities as a Functional Analyst Intern within our Software Factory team. You will be part of the Data, Automation & Messaging Functional Analysis team, supporting the development of innovative solutions for our four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Milan, Copenhagen, Porto, and Oslo. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment at the heart of Europe’s capital markets.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements related to data, robotic process automation (RPA) and messaging processes
  • Contributing to the drafting of functional specifications and user stories for new features and process improvements
  • Learning and applying functional analysis methodologies and tools in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Assisting in conducting gap analyses and documenting solution options
  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
  • Helping to prepare project updates and status reports
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of functional specifications and user stories

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related field (or currently enrolled)
  • Strong interest in functional/business analysis, data, RPA and financial services
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English (written and spoken)
