We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Training Project Manager.
In this role you will:
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions for multiple sales channels, including Retail Banking and Wealth, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Brokers, tailoring content to each audience’s needs.
- Deliver high-impact training across product knowledge, sales process, and selling skills, including accreditation support to help life insurance sales build capability and progress their careers.
- Plan and facilitate workshops with internal and external subject matter experts, ensuring frontline teams stay current on market insights, regulatory/industry updates, and core insurance expertise.
- Collaborate with Group Learning and senior stakeholders to shape and manage the end-to-end training agenda and key projects across all channels, providing strategic input into learning content for customer-facing and internal development events.
To be successful you will need:
- University Graduate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation/facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills; able to run multiple workstreams and deliver to tight timelines.
- Strong sales insight—able to translate frontline needs, customer conversations, and performance data into practical training initiatives.
- Energetic, creative, and resilient—thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to engage learners.
- Knowledge of life insurance and financial planning, frontline insurance sales/ distribution exposure especially in retail banking/ corporate banking/ private banking would be a strong advantage.
- Experience in banking/financial services training, sales coaching, or distribution support would be a strong advantage.
