Job Description Summary

We are seeking an analytical and strategic professional to join our Supply Chain Finance team. As the financial arm of our operations, you will act as a key Business Partner to the Manufacturing and Operations teams, ensuring that operational execution is fully aligned with the company’s financial objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage capital expenditure (Capex) by structuring and monitoring investment controls for expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze inventory levels and control manufacturing costs through the implementation of robust metrics.
  • Identify operational variances and uncover opportunities for process efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic Business Partner to Manufacturing and Operations teams to align operational execution with financial objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Experience in the role.
  • Advanced knowledge Excel (financial modeling).
  • Solid foundation in accounting principles applied to costs and inventory.
  • Fluent English (essential for interfacing with global leadership).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex data into strategic insights. Demonstrated autonomy and flexibility.

Desirable qualifications

  • Power BI (dashboard creation and data visualization).
