We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customise, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business and customer-facing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Visualforce.
You will work closely with business analysts, administrators, functional teams, and other technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong development fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and a good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities• Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Build reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver modern Salesforce user experiences.
- Develop robust business logic using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Design and implement solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and components where required.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customise Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, workflows, and automation as required.
- Develop custom Salesforce functionality while following platform limits and development best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and systems using APIs and integration technologies.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality releases.
- Analyse and resolve application issues, performance problems, and production defects.
- Participate in deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Use appropriate Salesforce deployment and version-control practices to manage application changes.
- Optimise Apex code, queries, and components for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation for customisations, integrations, and application components.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, development standards, and emerging technologies.
What Makes You a Great Fit• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proven experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Visualforce and experience maintaining or enhancing Visualforce-based applications.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, security, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce automation and configuration, including validation rules, flows, and related platform capabilities.
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration concepts.
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and development best practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and version-control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a collaborative development team.
