Full description

SecureSafe, developed by DSwiss AG in Zurich since 2008, is an award-winning Swiss digital security solution trusted by major banks, insurers, public institutions, and over 10 million users worldwide. Built on DSwiss's ISO 27001-certified Secure Data Platform, SecureSafe enables individuals and organizations to securely manage, exchange, and store sensitive information with full GDPR compliance. With over 6,000 days of proven reliability, SecureSafe combines Swiss security, innovation, and privacy-by-design to help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and confidently protect their most valuable data.

As a Senior Product Manager at DSwiss, you own and evolve key product areas within SecureSafe, with a clear focus on mid-market and enterprise customers. You translate B2B requirements, eg compliance controls, admin tooling, security standards, procurement expectations, into product decisions with measurable commercial impact. A core part of this role is building integrations with industry-specific platforms across financial services, legal, and public sector, making SecureSafe a natural part of the workflows our customers already use. You navigate the ambiguity between product and commercial with confidence, prototype ideas quickly using AI tools, and raise the standard of work around you.

  • 5+ years in a product role, with meaningful experience on B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience with integration-heavy products or API-driven workflows — technically fluent enough to make sound trade-offs with engineering.
  • Exposure to enterprise buying dynamics: procurement cycles, security reviews, compliance requirements, and the difference between IT buyer and end user needs.
  • Analytical and structured: you use data and research to make decisions and apply clear thinking to prioritize across competing opportunities.
  • Customer-focused: you engage directly and regularly with customers & users, extract meaningful patterns, and translate them into product direction.
  • Effective influencer: you align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around priorities and communicate the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Outcome-oriented: you measure success by value delivered, not work done, and are comfortable prototyping quickly using AI tools.
  • Advanced German proficiency (B2 to C1), spoken and written, is required.
  • Act as sparring partner to the VP Product and iterate on the product roadmap, aligning it with the product vision while balancing user experience, security standards, and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, acting as the information bridge across functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive moves, and customer needs - and turn those into insights that sharpen team priorities.
  • Remove blockers for the teams you work with and drive continuous improvement in how we build and ship.
  • Own the integration and ecosystem roadmap: identify the highest-value connection points with industry-specific platforms, define what a meaningful integration requires, and drive delivery end to end.
  • Understand the mid-market and enterprise buying journey in SecureSafe's target verticals -compliance requirements, admin controls, security certifications, and make sure the product reflects those expectations.
  • Partner with Sales and others to evaluate integration and partnership opportunities and bring a clear product perspective as the commercial model evolves.

DSwiss takes its values seriously in practice, not just on a slide deck. Transparency, ownership, empowerment, curiosity, and care shape how the team works and how decisions get made. As Mobile Technical Lead, you’ll model those values in the moments that matter, especially when things get complex and the path forward isn’t obvious.

  • Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while staying connected with at least 40% of your time spent in our vibrant Lisbon office.
  • 25 Days of Vacation: Recharge and thrive with above-market holiday time, reflecting our people-first approach to work-life balance.
  • Bi-Annual International Retreats: Collaborate, relax, and explore at company offsites in beautiful locations like Switzerland, Italy, and beyond.
  • Empowered to Make an Impact: Every voice matters—you're encouraged to drive improvements, contribute ideas, and create real value from day one.
  • Learn from the Best: Grow your skills in a high-performing, international team of experienced and talented professionals.
  • Delicious Perks: Enjoy free lunches, snacks, and drinks daily—because fuel matters.
  • Meal allowance, health insurance coverage, and public transportation allowance.
  • Work for a company committed to sustainability—our data centers operate climate-neutral.
