About the Role
We're seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Commercial team on a fixed-term part-time basis.
Reporting to the Events & Bookings Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the SSCT brand to life through engaging visual content across digital, print and venue-based channels. You'll create high-quality marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, website assets, event materials and member communications that help drive engagement, elevate customer experiences and support commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As the Graphic Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing engaging visual content across digital, print and marketing platforms.
- Creating graphics for digital screens and displays throughout SSCT venues.
- Developing website layouts and visual assets that enhance the online customer experience.
- Producing promotional materials including posters, flyers, signage and event collateral.
- Designing and formatting email campaigns and member communications.
- Supporting events and bookings through the creation of concept designs, floorplans and visual representations of event layouts.
- Creating branded assets for internal communications, campaigns and organisational initiatives.
- Collaborating with the Commercial, Communications and Venue Operations teams to ensure consistent and effective brand presentation.
- Providing general design and creative support across a diverse range of commercial activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 1+ years' experience in a graphic design role within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Strong visual design, layout and branding skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across a broad range of commercial initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current National Police Check.
