Summary:

The Data Analyst role is designed for early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to impactful research and data-driven decision-making. This position supports the full lifecycle of data operations—from designing survey instruments and managing field data collection to cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data. The analyst will work closely with research teams to ensure methodological rigor, data quality, and timely delivery of insights. This role offers a foundational opportunity to develop expertise in statistical analysis, data management, and research methodology within a dynamic, evidence-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and piloting survey instruments, including basic data collection programming and documentation.
  • Support field teams with training, coordination, and monitoring during data collection activities.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and cleaning under supervision to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis using standard statistical tools and techniques.
  • Support the preparation of cleaned datasets for reporting and further analysis.
  • Help interpret data and identify key trends using descriptive statistics and visualization tools.
  • Contribute to reports and presentations by summarizing findings in clear, actionable formats.
