Tasks
- Own one or two complex enterprise products in a regulated banking environment end-to-end
- Work with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, and Compliance to translate requirements into clear product decisions
- Structure backlogs, prioritize decisively, and manage cross-team dependencies
- Operate outside classical Scrum — strategic Product Management, not sprint-level PO work
- Act as a bridge between technical and business sides
Requirements
Must-have:
- 5–8+ years as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst
- Proven ownership of at least 2 products end-to-end
- Structured thinking: break down requirements, set priorities, communicate clearly at all levels
- Experience with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Professional English
Nice-to-have:
- Banking, fintech, or highly regulated environment (BaFin, EBA, DORA)
- Jira / Confluence / Atlassian toolstack familiarity
- German language skills a plus
- Certifications (PSPO, CPPM or equivalent)
