In this role, you will...

Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, collaborating with business partners to define product requirements, developing a product understanding, and communicating effectively to both business and technical audiences to define solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements for projects, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules to support the design and delivery of solutions.
  • Partner with Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technology team members to evaluate solution options and recommend approaches that meet business requirements, support user needs, and align with best practices.
  • Perform implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities for moderately complex to complex business needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, QA resources, and business partners to test, validate, and confirm that solutions meet documented requirements and intended business outcomes.
  • Assess the impact of changes on business processes, users, data, reporting, integrations, and downstream systems.
  • Accountable for reviewing, finalizing, and maintaining extensive functional and technical documentation for assigned projects and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts, release notes, and work product validation materials.
  • Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios, coordinating validation activities, documenting defects, and partnering with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide demonstrations, walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions for business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned processes, functionality, documentation standards, and business analysis practices.
  • Provide guidance on requirements gathering, documentation, testing, configuration, and analysis.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve functionality, business processes, documentation practices, user adoption, and overall solution effectiveness.
  • Provide end-user support as needed and work with the Product Owner to determine if issues should be cataloged as bugs or new feature requests.
  • Share knowledge with team members, provide guidance on requirements gathering, documentation, Salesforce configuration, testing, and solution validation, and support team development through coaching and collaboration.
  • May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Systems, MIS, BIS, etc.); additional, applicable years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Five (5) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience using Salesforce to deliver business solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com configuration, including the ability to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend configuration-based solutions.
  • Experience testing and validating solutions as a Business Analyst in SDLC.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, assignment & validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings.
  • Experience documenting and optimizing workflows using RPA/APA technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, root cause analysis) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to elicit and translate high-level business needs into specific, concise, and actionable processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated history of successful project completion, exhibiting excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage, complete project deliverables, meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and work with teams laterally and upwards.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter resource and provide guidance on business analysis practices, documentation, testing, configuration, and solution validation.
  • Displays strong business aptitude and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and effectively lead cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and achieve business outcomes.
  • Detail oriented with creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Confident in making well-informed decisions that are accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to use strong problem-solving skills to find solutions to problems that are technically complex and require collection, interpretation, and analysis of data from diverse sources.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex processes to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, with vendors, service dealers, customers, and all levels of company staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or other related Certifications.
  • Prior experience with Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Experience in consumer lending or financial services with knowledge of underwriting.

Hours of Work:

Full-time work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
