Commercial Project Manager - ABV

Join the Innovation & Disruption team and play a pivotal role in bringing some of Australia's most loved alcohol brands to market. As Commercial Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of innovation, brand and shopper marketing projects from concept approval through to launch, partnering with stakeholders across Commercial, Supply and Manufacturing to turn great ideas into successful products and experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, delivering projects that make a tangible impact on our brands, customers and consumers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of innovation, brand and commercial projects from approval through to launch.

• Drive project timelines, governance and stakeholder alignment through the Stage & Gate process.

• Facilitate project meetings, track progress and maintain momentum to ensure successful delivery.

• Partner with cross functional teams across Innovation, Brand, Supply, Finance, Legal and Manufacturing.

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and critical milestones.

• Coordinate key commercial processes including financial modelling, testing and master data activities.

• Provide clear project updates and insights to support effective decision making.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery and ways of working.

 

About You

• Experience in project management, product development or commercial project delivery within FMCG, food or beverage.

• Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience working across cross functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

• Understanding of Stage & Gate methodologies and project management principles.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

• Proven problem solving and analytical skills, with a focus on achieving practical outcomes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.

• A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for bringing ideas to life.
