Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, standees, hoardings, and project collaterals.
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, and website graphics.
- Develop branding assets for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Design emailers, presentations, and sales pitch decks.
- Produce creatives for ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Edit images, retouch photographs, and prepare artwork for print production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and real estate marketing practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Experience in print production and digital creative design.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
