The Lotteries Core Gaming team develops and supports the technology platforms that sit at the heart of our lotteries business. From lottery games and draw processing to retail transactions, prize administration and digital integrations, the team delivers the technology that helps keep Australia playing.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document business, functional and technical requirements
- Analyse business processes, systems and data flows
- Develop user stories, process maps and business requirements artefacts
- Assess impacts, risks, dependencies and solution options
- Partner with Product, Development and Testing teams to deliver solutions
- Support testing, business validation and implementation activities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and ways of working
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex technology or enterprise environments
- Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills
- Understanding of enterprise applications, integrations and data flows
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into clear outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
