The Opportunity
Costo PepsiCo Mexico Foods supports the coordination of a world-class FP&A Costo control, preparing, maintaining, and analyzing the Cost model, monthly forecasting, and Annual Operating. Support in analysis of risks and opportunities. Provide visibility to PMF FP&A senior leadership team. Main point person with PMF on ongoing expenses. Align with HR team C&B cost, Costo Investment, Productivity. Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies. Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through a customer service mindset.
Your Impact
As SC Fin Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of …
- Prepare, maintain & analyze Costo of PMF, actual & forecast, coordinated with FP&A team.
- Build PMF Cost forecast by account & Ceco, month, with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast.
- Review PMF Costo actuals during pre-close/close; deliver LE & flash submission highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in the correct P&L line item and aligned with cross teams (BIS, Productivity, Investment, C&B, etc.)
- Support PMF AOP budget build-up
- Prepare model updates of P&L, Fcst & AOP
- Prepare monthly deliverables Costo
- Generate and submit depreciation file
- Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc
- Support the planning, implementation and development of LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
- Develop cross-divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless, continuous improvements
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point
- Language: Spanish / English
- Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
