Analyst, Business Finance (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the daily sales Power BI dashboard to provide timely insights.
• Support data quality and integrity by updating and validating data under guidance, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
• Participate in Finance transformation projects by gathering user requirements and assisting in designing automated reports and data analysis solutions.
• Help design and create clear, easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and presentations based on collected data.
• Contribute to data trend analysis and support problem-solving efforts to identify insights and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, with 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or insurance-related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Python for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience with VBA and Power Automate for process automation, and familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with AS400, SAP, or other enterprise systems, as well as exposure to the insurance or financial services industry, is an advantage.
