Full Stack Software Engineer – C#/.NET & React

CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Software Engineer – C#/.NET & React position for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

• Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions supporting key business and stakeholder needs.

• Work as a senior member of a product development team to build and enhance full-stack applications.

• Develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions using C# and .NET.

• Develop and enhance modern front-end applications using React.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, software engineers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, and software engineering best practices.

• Support and improve automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective technical solutions.

• Stay current with emerging software development technologies, tools, and practices.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET software development.

• Strong full-stack software engineering skills.

• Experience developing front-end applications with React preferred.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices preferred.

• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience is a bonus.

• Experience using AI-assisted code generation and development tools is a bonus.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, APIs, and application architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

• Senior-level experience developing full-stack software solutions in a professional environment.

• Demonstrated experience building and supporting applications using C#/.NET.

• Experience with modern front-end development, preferably using React.

• Experience working in an Agile or product-oriented software development environment.

• Experience with CI/CD and automated software delivery practices preferred.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and AI-assisted software development tools is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00 to $55.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
