Team Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to support, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in deployment automation, infrastructure and application workflows, and the ability to independently manage releases while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing CI/CD pipelines that enable seamless software delivery across global environments. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to automate deployments, streamline workflows, manage application configurations, and ensure high availability of services. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, deployment ownership, and exposure to DevOps tools, network fundamentals, and secrets management solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
  • Manage and support deployments across multiple regions and environments.
  • Execute application and infrastructure deployments independently while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate build, test, and release processes.
  • Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot issues related to build, release, and environment configurations.
  • Manage DevOps tools and integrate automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Understand and support networking concepts, application workflows, and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Work with secrets management solutions to securely handle credentials, keys, and sensitive configurations.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.

DevOps : Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Both existing and capable to build new ones.

Support multiple regions simultaneously.

Understanding of DevTools, Network, secret manager and application flows (additional advantage.)

Should be able to perform deployments independently.
