Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Databricks and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in modern data platforms and visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks (Spark/SQL/Python)
Transform and prepare large datasets for analytics and reporting
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Create Semantic models
Optimize data models and ensure high performance
Translate business requirements into data insights
Collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and business teams
Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, notebooks)
Advanced Power BI development (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
Proficiency in SQL (must-have)
Experience with Python or Spark
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience in Business Intelligence
Strong communication Skills
Fluent in English
