Reporting is where service management stops being a process and starts being an argument you can win.
You will develop the reporting layer over the BMC Helix ITSM and asset data at the alliance headquarters in Brussels, as part of a dedicated capacity team.
What you will be doing
- Developing Power BI reports and dashboards over service management and asset data
- Modelling the data so the reports stay fast and stay correct
- Working with service owners to turn a vague reporting need into a defined measure
- Automating refreshes and keeping the reporting estate maintainable
- Explaining what the numbers actually say, including when they are inconvenient
What you will need
- Strong Power BI development: data modelling, DAX, dashboard design
- Experience reporting over service management or asset data
- SQL and the ability to work with the sources directly
- The professional certifications the requirement asks for, ITIL among them
