Our Team:
Our team operates in the largest market for Opella, covering nine countries across Southeast Asia. Our team oversees financial performance and works closely with both local and global teams. This role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders and offers one of the most dynamic finance opportunities in supporting Philippines and Indonesia Finance.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Conduct budget planning and forecasting activities
- Support senior management with in-depth financial analysis and reporting
- Conduct market analysis to support financial projections
- Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
About you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Experience: internship in financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Languages: English (minimum C1 level required)
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial principles and analysis.
- Ability to navigate regulatory specifics, particularly in pricing, in a complex market.
- Soft Skills:
- Open-minded and culturally adaptable, with a strong interest in engaging with diverse cultural environments, including Southeast Asia’s dynamic business landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with local teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the resilience to face challenges independently.
