Job Description:

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

✅ Core Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Own JV P&L preparation and reporting
  • Perform variance analysis (Direct Cost & OPEX)
  • Lead balance sheet review and cashflow monitoring
  • Prepare Finance Committee materials and reporting decks
  • Support MEC / flash reporting (Khalix)
  • Co-own P&L release with Country Finance Manager (Devina)

2. Statutory & Compliance

  • Prepare and ensure alignment of AFS with JV reporting
  • Manage CIT process and coordinate with JV partners
  • Ensure statutory reporting integrity and compliance

3. Business Planning

  • Support Country Business Plan (OPS) with financial inputs and analysis

4. Cost Management & Control

  • Lead accrual review and cost validation
  • Monitor in-country cost variance and performance
  • Drive cost initiatives (CSI) and business cases
  • Oversee fixed asset control

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as key liaison with:• ACN (accounting support)
  • Wen (cost and MEC support)
  • Rowena (statutory)
  • Devina (country leadership)

6. Operational & Transaction Support Oversight

  • Supervise local finance operations:• OR creation
  • PR/PO processing
  • Check issuance
  • General in-country finance support
