Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in AI-powered automation to design, build, and maintain intelligent service solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in driving digital transformation by delivering scalable, high-performance applications and integrating advanced virtual agents and AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and optimal platform performance. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, user experience, and the delivery of cutting-edge service management solutions.
Experience: 4-7 years
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom modules to support business operations.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven virtual agents and automation workflows using ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) features.
- Partner with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and AI services.
- Optimize performance and functionality of ServiceNow applications while adhering to industry best practices.
- Ensure high code quality, security, and maintainability across all development deliverables.
Requirements
- BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow Studio, and REST/SOAP API development.
- Experience with AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents, including ServiceNow Virtual Agent or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in a global environment.
- Ability to create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
