About the Role:

ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is looking for a talented and driven OnBase Project Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll lead enterprise content management initiatives, driving successful OnBase implementations from kickoff to completion. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end OnBase project implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams throughout the OnBase solution lifecycle

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable project tasks

• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing OnBase (Hyland) ECM projects or implementations

• Strong understanding of enterprise content management, document management, and workflow automation

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms
