Candidates must hold a degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 8 years of experience. Professional experience in the banking or financial industry with a focus on customer acquisition and strategy is required.

Full description

ob Purpose:

Manage activation workflow post account creation.

Coordinating with stakeholders such as Compliance & Operations to reduce backlog and reduce TAT

Improve the customer experience in account opening and activation

Key Result Areas:

Own the end to end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding

Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc.

Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.)

Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.

Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs

Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree in Marketing or related field with 8+ years experience

Experience in in banking / financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation etc.
