Software Developer - Python & AWS | Pharma (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Enterprise Integration Platform team and contribute to the development and operation of strategic integration and cloud-native solutions within a global enterprise environment.

In this role, you will focus primarily on backend development using Python and FastAPI while also contributing to modern frontend applications and enterprise integrations. You will work across software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and CI/CD, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and reliable digital solutions.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications using Python, FastAPI, and modern development practices.

• Develop and enhance web applications and user-facing functionalities using modern frontend technologies.

• Design, consume, and integrate REST APIs across enterprise applications and services.

• Integrate applications with enterprise platforms, AWS cloud services, APIs, and engineering tools.

• Build modular, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.

• Support, maintain, and optimize development, test, and production environments.

• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Participate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise capabilities such as authentication, authorization, user management, notifications, messaging, and platform services.

• Contribute to the development of reusable components, shared libraries, and common platform services.

• Support technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

SKILLS 🤹:

• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based application development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs.

• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications and services.

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including modular design, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, preferably including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.

• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Git, Jenkins, OpenShift / Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience building modern web applications using shared frameworks, reusable component libraries, and common platform services.

• Experience integrating applications with enterprise capabilities such as Authentication & Authorization, User Management, Notifications & Messaging, and Platform APIs & Services.

• Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fluency in English is required.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Java and/or Node.js.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration concepts and technologies such as API Management and Event-Driven Architectures.

• Experience with integration platforms such as SnapLogic or SAP.

• Experience developing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions, including MCP servers and AI tool integrations.

• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastMCP or similar technologies used to expose enterprise capabilities to AI agents.

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and continuous improvement focus.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

• 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)

• 4 days by remote | 1 day on-site.
