We’re now looking for Graphic Designer to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and translate customer’s brief, then design and create artwork in print-ready format according to client requirements within the required time frame
- Edit and replicate existing artwork files
- Evaluate artwork to determine if it meets production requirements, and flag mistakes and shortcomings in the artwork files, in order to ensure that all files are ready for production
- Amend, transform and make recommendations for designs to ensure suitability of the artwork for the product
- Assist customers who need help to fix their files
- Perform changes to files in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and PDF-Files
- Communicate with customers when necessary to determine artwork requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Sales and other related departments to support customer orders and requirements
- Work on ad-hoc and other tasks as assigned
- Good English skills is required
- 0-3 years of experience in artwork preparation, graphic design or related work
- Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge about the artwork for printing
- Knowledge about Enfocus Pitstop is a plus
