As a Product Delivery Manager in Wholesale Lending Services, you will own end-to-end delivery for ABL transformation initiatives—driving strategy into execution, adoption, and sustained performance improvements focusing on multi-year platform modernization and migration program. As a VP Product Delivery Manager in Asset Based Lending (ABL), you will be accountable for delivering complex, multi-year transformation and modernization across the end-to-end ABL lifecycle (onboarding, collateral setup, borrowing base, monitoring, exceptions, servicing, reporting). You will drive integrated delivery across Business, Credit, Field Exam, Operations, Data, Controls, and Technology, aligning senior stakeholders to a target-state vision and executing with strong governance and measurable outcomes. You will lead platform modernization and migration efforts (upgrades, data migrations, legacy decommissioning) and enable agentic AI and intelligent automation where it improves productivity and control effectiveness, ensuring solutions are safe, auditable, and resilient. 

Job responsibilities

  • Own and deliver ABL WLS product priorities, managing the full transformation delivery lifecycle from opportunity identification to value realization.
  • Drive modernization and system migration programs (platform upgrades, data migrations, legacy decommissioning), including scope definition, feature build, test, deployment, dependency management, cutover planning, reconciliation, and stabilization.
  • Define and drive clear target-state vision and workflows – process, platform design, data, operating model alignment, and controls by challenging legacy workflows to reduce manual and enable automation, AI and straight-through processing where possible.
  • Partner with Product Managers and architects to refine features and user stories aligned to target-state architecture, integration patterns, API’s, governed data usage & AI models.
  • Drive end-to-end integrations across ABL platforms and adjacent ecosystems (APIs/event-driven patterns, orchestration, workflow tooling).
  • Develop a forward-looking roadmap for ABL & WLS, leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics that reduce risk, time and enables scale.
  • Build alignment and influence stakeholders across multiple functions, building shared vision, influencing without direct authority and clear communication that results in consensus and key decisions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to embed automation and AI capabilities into business processes and drive adoption.
  • Monitor industry trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations and innovation opportunities.
  • Run governance forums; manage Progress, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies; escalate blockers effectively.
  • Oversee platform upgrades, data migrations, and collateral modernization, ensuring readiness, testing, and performance tracking.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of lending product delivery, transformation experience or equivalent expertise in financial services, ABL, system transformation or a relevant domain area
  • Deep domain expertise in lending, ABL business & operations, platform transformation and modernization
  • Demonstrated success leading complex platform modernization and migration projects under tight timelines, including data migration strategy, cutover planning, and stabilization & enhancements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of translating strategy into execution.
  • Strong record of stakeholder management and executive-level communication; ability to influence across highly matrixed functions and drive decisions amid competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear decision documentation.
  • Proven ability to define and drive enterprise-scale lending product transformation strategies and adoption across large, complex organizations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale transformation programs covering business process, technology delivery, data, and operating model change.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset, with accountability for governance, access controls, auditability, and resiliency.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Deep ABL domain expertise: collateral eligibility, borrowing base, collateral monitoring, field exam coordination, covenant monitoring, exception management.
  • MBA or accounting degree, plus experience in integration, divestiture, or consulting.
  • Proven track record in collateral or loan platform modernization and data migrations within banking, including legacy system decommissioning.
  • Experience with multi-system integrations, such as workflow orchestration and API/event-driven patterns, to support straight-through processing.
  • Background in delivering agentic AI or AI-enabled workflows, including human-in-the-loop design and responsible AI controls.
