About the Role

As Senior Product Manager – Emergency, Crisis, and Lone Worker, you will own the strategic and commercial success of EcoOnline’s Lone Working and Emergency & Crisis Management products, including D4H — our incident and crisis management platform used by emergency services, government agencies, corporate resilience and business continuity teams.

You will shape product strategy, define direction and roadmap priorities, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing to deliver meaningful customer value and sustainable business growth.

This is an opportunity to lead high-impact, safety-critical products at a pivotal stage of growth as D4H scales into new markets and connects into EcoOnline’s shared EcoOne platform across identity, data, analytics and AI capability.

You will play a key role in helping EcoOnline move crisis and readiness teams from compliance to visibility to prediction, with AI becoming a first-class platform capability that supports responders across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and commercial outcomes for EcoOnline’s Lone Working and Emergency & Crisis Management product area.
  • Lead product direction by identifying the customer problems worth solving, shaping investment cases and defining success measures before delivery begins.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Product Owners, setting clear priorities, unblocking decisions and building strong delivery judgement across the team.
  • Use customer discovery, market insight, competitor awareness and regulatory trends to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Product Marketing to align product priorities, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans.
  • Champion an AI-forward approach, using AI tools in day-to-day product work and helping shape how AI can enhance emergency, crisis and lone worker solutions responsibly.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, including experience leading Product Owners or similar product roles through delivery and execution.
  • A strong track record of owning product strategy and commercial outcomes, with the ability to turn strategic direction into a roadmap that teams can deliver against.
  • Technical fluency and confidence working with Engineering leadership to discuss architecture, trade-offs, reliability and technical sustainability.
  • Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success and leadership teams.
  • Experience in public safety, emergency management, crisis or business continuity, lone worker, or another safety-critical or mission-critical software domain.
  • Comfortable using AI tools day to day, with an understanding of AI/LLM opportunities, limitations, governance and responsible data handling.
  • Commercially curious, fast-moving and outcome-focused, with the ability to balance customer value, market opportunity, pricing, packaging and prioritisation decisions.
