Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and two years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field and three years of related experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification

Job Summary:

To provide technical skills required to generate, modify, and maintain computer operating system software and application system software of moderate complexity.

Job Duties:

The IT Services CMDB and Resilience Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of the IT Services Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support informed decision-making across IT Services. This role also leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Services Contingency and Disaster Recovery (DR) Program, ensuring organizational resilience and operational continuity.

Critical Tasks:

  • Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
  • Participates in the analysis of software system problems of moderate complexity and formulates and implements solutions to such problems.
  • Performs programming, testing, and documentation.
  • Recommends development of system routines needed for the efficient use of computer system resources.
  • Designs the approved routines and oversees their implementation.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Salary Range:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule:

Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
