This role offers the opportunity to lead project management practices across feature-driven development teams within a highly collaborative life sciences and technology environment.You will coordinate complex software, hardware, firmware, service, and research initiatives to ensure delivery against strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.The position combines structured planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into measurable execution plans and customer-focused outcomes.The role also provides the opportunity to influence PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.With exposure to new product development and system projects, you will play a visible role in delivering solutions that support impactful scientific and analytical applications.The position is based in Bangalore and offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and broader project leadership.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of feature trains using Scaled Agile development practices, ensuring teams remain aligned with defined objectives, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive project planning activities, establish key achievements, monitor progress against plans, and implement corrective actions when risks or delays arise.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks while maintaining focus on strategic objectives, delivery commitments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Software, Firmware, Hardware, Service, Research, Product Development, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution.
- Support New Product Development and other development initiatives, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and communicate project updates, including status reports, visual management materials, performance indicators, and progress metrics for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure team performance against project commitments, proactively identifying issues and facilitating resolution.
- Contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, standards, and tools.
- Promote consistent PMO practices and encourage continuous improvement across project and development teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience, ideally within the medical, life sciences, analytical instrumentation, or related technology industries, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing at least two New Product Development or software development projects, including experience managing hardware and system-level initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, resource coordination, and delivery tracking in complex technical environments.
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, or equivalent project and resource management platforms.
- Excellent communication, critical-thinking, influencing, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to build effective relationships across technical and business functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences is a strong advantage.
- PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum Master, or comparable project management certification is a plus.
- Comfortable with occasional domestic travel, expected to be approximately 10%.
