About the Role
Accenture is seeking a Business Senior Analyst to support the delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve processes, coordinate project activities, and contribute to successful solution delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with project coordination experience and a solid understanding of software development and implementation lifecycles
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring effective and consistent communication throughout project delivery.
- Operate effectively in dynamic and evolving environments while collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Support scope, schedule, resource, risk, and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Assist in change management, training, and user adoption activities to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Provide advisory support on business and technical requirements and contribute to solution design and technical specifications.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Delivery, IT Consulting, or related technology transformation roles.
- Prior experience in software development or technical delivery environments with an understanding of application development lifecycles.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and business processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and software implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage project activities, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting software testing, quality assurance, deployment, and change management activities.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or other relevant industry domains.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with business process improvement frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise applications, system integration, or business technology solutions.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are advantageous
