Approximately 19,000 field staff rely on OneBayshore every day to do their jobs: it is how work gets scheduled, communicated, documented, and supported across the organization. Its reliability, usability, and continued evolution directly affect the quality of care our clients receive.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day product management of OneBayshore. This role sits at the centre of a large, diverse group of stakeholders — operations leaders, clinical teams, IT, field staff representatives, and corporate functions — and success depends on building strong, trusted working relationships with all of them. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap, coordinate and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) across all stakeholder groups, and drive a consistent, predictable launch cadence so that improvements reach the field reliably and without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Relationships
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Bayshore, including field operations, branch leadership, clinical teams, IT, HR, and corporate services.
Act as the primary point of contact for OneBayshore, translating stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and keeping all groups informed of priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
Represent the voice of the ~19,000 field staff who depend on the platform daily, ensuring their experience drives product decisions.
Product Roadmap
Own, maintain, and communicate the OneBayshore product roadmap, balancing new capabilities, platform improvements, and technical needs.
Gather, prioritize, and document requirements from stakeholders; maintain a well-groomed backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
Align roadmap priorities with Bayshore’s operational and strategic goals, and review the roadmap regularly with leadership and stakeholder groups.
UAT & Quality
Plan, coordinate, and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT) across all stakeholder groups for every release.
Ensure UAT coverage reflects real field and branch workflows; track defects and sign-offs, and hold releases to a clear quality bar before launch.
Close the loop with stakeholders on UAT findings and ensure fixes are validated before and after release.
Launch & Release Management
Drive a consistent, predictable release cadence for OneBayshore, launching improvements on a regular schedule.
Coordinate launch readiness across communications, training, support, and operations so that changes land smoothly for field staff.
Monitor adoption and post-launch performance; gather feedback and feed it back into the roadmap.
Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON
Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly
3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise or workforce-facing platforms.
Demonstrated success managing many stakeholders with competing priorities and building durable working relationships across business, clinical, and technical teams.
Hands-on experience running UAT cycles and coordinating regular software releases.
Strong communication skills — able to translate between field users, business leaders, and technical teams.
Experience in healthcare, home care, or other regulated, field-workforce-heavy environments is an asset.
Familiarity with agile delivery practices and common product tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
What Success Looks Like
Stakeholders across Bayshore trust the OneBayshore roadmap and know when their needs will be addressed.
UAT is consistently completed across all stakeholder groups before every release, with defects caught before they reach the field.
Releases ship on a reliable cadence, and the ~19,000 field staff who use OneBayshore daily experience steady, well-communicated improvements.
