Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role
· Build and deploy AI and machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, process optimization, and business insights
· Support the implementation of Generative AI use cases to enhance Finance productivity and automation
· Develop and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools to support Finance decision-making
· Gather, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple business and financial systems
· Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions
· Design and maintain data pipelines and workflows that ensure reliable and scalable data processing
· Monitor model performance, support data governance and quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
· Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
· 1 year of experience or exposure in analytics, data engineering, AI, or business intelligence
· Proficiency in SQL and data management principles; familiarity with Python or R
· Experience with Power BI or Tableau and strong data visualization/storytelling skills
· Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics; experience with Generative AI tools (prompt engineering or AI copilots) is advantageous
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Process Mining solutions (Celonis, UiPath, MPMX)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakekholders; Fluent English required, German is an advantage
