MISSION
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join Rothschild & Co Wealth Management as part of the Business Development department for a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Working closely with private bankers, portfolio managers and estate planners, you will support a broad range of commercial and strategic initiatives. The role offers meaningful exposure to client acquisition, relationship development and business management within a demanding wealth management environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing commercial proposals for prospective and existing HNWI, by coordinating the various stakeholders (private bankers, portfolio managers, wealth planners, etc.)
- Monitoring and analysing market trends
- Conducting sector and prospect research
- Contributing to the use and management of specialised databases
- Actively participating in internal meetings within the bank.
PROFILE
- You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Banking, Finance or a related field, with excellent academic results;
- You have an interest in financial services, and more specifically in the wealth management sector;
- Prior relevant experience is appreciated and will be considered an advantage;
- You are dynamic, autonomous and adaptable;
- You demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity;
- You are able to take initiatives and manage priorities;
- You are rigorous, detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- You have excellent written communication skills;
- You have a strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Native proficiency in French and/or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of the other national language, as well as English.
