Graphic and Motion Designer

In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to over 230 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen (unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider). We create campaigns, websites, apps and other digital solutions for inspiring brands all over the world.

Now, our Studio team is looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to work on projects for one of our biggest international clients: Wizz Air. If you love aviation, fast-paced international campaigns, and cutting-edge visual design, this is the perfect place for you to shine!

What you will do...• You will work across three main scope areas (Marketing, E-commerce, and Recruitment), creating visually stunning, high-converting content for global audiences.

• Marketing Campaigns: Participate in major seasonal campaigns, design digital banners, social media assets, ad-hoc key visuals, and out-of-home (OOH) campaign materials including print prep.
• E-commerce & Video Content: Design conversion-focused banners and templates, and produce YouTube videos utilizing AI voice-over generation and dynamic ad-hoc key visuals.
• Recruitment Creatives: Redesign recruitment campaigns, create static and video social assets, animate existing ambassador photos using AI, and produce AI-driven video B-rolls/cuts with voice-overs.

We would like you to have...• At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong knowledge of Adobe programs (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT). Experience with other animation or 3D modeling software such as Blender or Maya is not a must, but definitely a plus.
• Affinity for “new-wave” formats: a deep understanding of the latest social media editing trends, and the ability to create content that stands out and meets global standards. It’s a huge advantage if you also create content for your own feed — feel free to share it with us!
• Fluency in Hungarian and solid English skills.
• Readiness to participate in regular international client meetings.
• Passion and enthusiasm for what you do: whether it’s a brand-new challenge or something you’ve done before, it doesn’t matter — as long as you love your work. (And don’t worry: we’ll help you grow with our in-house training sessions.)
• A portfolio showcasing your best work. Don’t forget to send it to us!
