Product Developer - Fullstack (Java / .Net , Angular)

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET and/or Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.  As part of the Eclipse platform, developers may work with PICK/MultiValue applications and Universe Database technologies. Prior experience with these technologies is a plus but not required;  candidates should be willing to learn them after joining the team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to develop software solutions.
• Participate in design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and enhance application functionality using .NET and/or Java technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and customer-reported issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Support, and Development teams.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and participate in code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Learn and contribute to applications built using PICK/MultiValue and Universe Database technologies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and/or Java.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience with debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar source control tools.
• Understanding of database concepts and software development best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, Distribution, Supply Chain, Inventory, or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and application integrations.
• Exposure to PICK/MultiValue programming and/or Universe Database.
• Experience with modern application architectures and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment. ​
