אנו מרחיבים את צוות ה- Contact Center שלנו ומחפשים מפתח.ת Java & עם התמחות במערכת Genesys או אחרת , לפיתוח במערכת ג'נסיס קיימת ולהשתלבות בפרויקט אסטרטגי לקראת מעבר לענן.

מה כולל התפקיד?

  • פיתוח ותחזוקת יישומים בסביבת Genesys On-Prem.
  • השתלבות בפרוייקט Cloud עתידי.
  • פיתוח ב-Java ומימוש REST APIs לאינטגרציה מול מערכות ליבה בנקאיות ושירותים ארגוניים (Middleware).

Requirements

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Java.
  • לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות IVR / CTI.
  • ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח REST APIs ואינטגרציה בין מערכות ארגוניות.
  • ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם בסיסי נתונים SQL / Oracle.
  • שליטה ועבודה עם Git.

יתרון משמעותי:

  • היכרות וניסיון עם Genesys Engage או פתרונות Contact Center מבוססי ענן (CCaaS).
  • ניסיון עם מערכות Contact Center נוספות.
