As a Salesforce Omnistudio Technical Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize the use of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications - Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion - Guiding teams in developing skills and embracing technology and innovation - Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth and performance - Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders - Upholding professional and technical standards and the firm's code of conduct - Utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning for technical consultation and implementation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud - Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process modeling - Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration - Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting - Embracing change and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery
