Accountabilities: The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of product strategy, client engagement, and delivery outcomes by leading cross-functional initiatives and guiding teams toward successful product execution.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, market opportunities, and product challenges.
- Define clear product visions, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and technical capabilities.
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, including discovery, prioritization, planning, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Act as a strategic advisor by helping clients make informed product decisions based on user insights, analytics, business priorities, and technical considerations.
- Build strong relationships with startups, technology leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex ideas into actionable plans, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate product decisions, roadmaps, progress, and learnings across engineering teams, executives, and other audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Balance competing priorities, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across products and engagements.
- Develop expertise across multiple domains, including AI-driven solutions, healthcare, SaaS platforms, and eCommerce products.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a strategic and customer-focused product professional with strong experience managing complex products and working with diverse stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles.
- Proven experience managing products or feature portfolios throughout the complete development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments using research, analytics, intuition, and customer empathy.
- Demonstrated success defining product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships and acting as a trusted product advisor.
- Strong understanding of user-centered product development practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to turn complex concepts into structured plans and measurable objectives.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for building innovative products.
