Full description
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various financial systems and platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver timely, accurate insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, including product performance, customer behavior, and revenue forecasting.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial data to inform business decisions.
- Support the creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve analytical processes and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role within financial services or technology.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, KYC, AML) is a plus.
