Full description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various financial systems and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver timely, accurate insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, including product performance, customer behavior, and revenue forecasting.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Support the creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews with executive leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously improve analytical processes and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role within financial services or technology.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products, services, or regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, KYC, AML) is a plus.
