JOB DUTIES: Analyze and evaluate business processes and operational procedures for the Sales & Marketing team and recommend process improvements in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Collect, compile, and analyze data related to sales performance, marketing campaigns, and operational efficiency to support decision-making. Review, test, and implement CRM/CPQ upgrades or patches, and evaluate and recommend new applications. Support CRM/CPQ configuration and administrative functions, and write, maintain and support reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to track team performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing managers and staff to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in implementing approved process improvements and monitor their effectiveness over time. Support strategic initiatives by providing research, analysis, and documentation to guide management decisions. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business process optimization.
