As the Product Lifecycle Manager Strategic Accounts role, you will safeguard the end‑to‑end lifecycle of consumables business within assigned Strategic Accounts, serving as the single point of contact for quality, compliance, and change management to protect existing revenue, ensure regulatory robustness, and enable sustainable Strategic Account growth.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Drive product lifecycle management for consumables within the Strategic Account, ensuring continuity, regulatory compliance, and protection against competitive conversion
  • Steer quality‑related interactions for the Strategic Account, including complaints, audits, change notifications, quality agreement alignment, and regulatory compliance discussions across all sites and Business Units

  • Pre‑assess change notification impact, coordinate acceptance processes, and ensure implementation in line with MSA and quality agreements
  • Lead crisis management, acting as the interface between customer, Quality, Supply, Product Development, Engineering, and SAM under expedited timelines
  • Standardize and harmonize consumables portfolios at Strategic Account level, aligning customer expectations with Sartorius lifecycle and single-use strategies
  • Contribute to tenders and short‑term growth by ensuring full compliance readiness and lifecycle robustness of proposed solutions

What will convince us:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or comparable field
  • 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle, quality, or compliance management within regulated biopharma environments
  • Solid understanding of consumables, change notification processes, audits, and quality agreements
  • Proven ability to manage crisis situations and cross‑functional coordination in complex customer setups
  • High stakeholder credibility with customers, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Structured, detail‑driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Fluent in English
