What we’re looking for
We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in IT security, particularly in managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint. Knowledge of identity and access management, such as Azure AD and MFA, as well as a good understanding of security standards and regulations like NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001, is essential. The ideal candidate has experience in risk assessment, security audits, vulnerability analysis, and implementing security and compliance policies. Strong communication and collaboration skills are important, along with an analytical and rigorous approach to risk management.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be part of Orange Innovation Romania department and you will have the opportunity to work transversally with various interlocutors, internally and within the Group, for a wide variety of projects (IT, Cloud, Data&AI, Business Intelligence, IoT,..)
- You will help ensure an optimal level of security for IT solutions and services intended for the Group's entities and countries, while coordinating with a network of Security Managers and security referents. You will also contribute to defining security requirements and securing building blocks within the framework of NIS2 regulatory requirements.
- You will ensure the security of environments within the group by analyzing risks and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to security audits and ensure system compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to design secure and robust architectures.
- Participate in technological watch and continuous improvement of security measures.
- Support teams in managing security incidents.
- Support the operational teams of the IT Group in securing Microsoft collaborative solutions, bringing your expertise to guarantee data protection and compliance of environments used across the Group.
- Work closely with security architects, auditors, and risk analysis experts to design and strengthen secure solutions adapted to the Group's challenges.
What you need to know/have
- You have advanced experience in securing Microsoft collaborative solutions and messaging, demonstrating your deep mastery of Microsoft 365 environments and their security challenges.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Expertise in identity and access management (Azure AD, MFA, etc.).
- Knowledge of security standards and regulations (NIS2, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Knowledge of IT technologies
- Knowledge of computer security good practices: ISO2700x, NIST, CIS, etc.
- Experience with security risk assessment, g. ISO27005 or EBIOS Risk Manager methodology
- Familiarity with Cyber Threat Intelligence & Vulnerability Management
- Awareness with European and international regulations, such as NIS 2, CRA, and GDPR
- Skills in auditing and vulnerability analysis
- Experience in implementing security and compliance policies.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Your rigor and analytical mindset allow you to anticipate risks and propose relevant solutions. You are also recognized for your ability to work in a team, your adaptability to technological changes, and your curiosity that drives you to continuously learn and improve.
